Almost done selling our properties, this one goes up for sale here as it's a smaller one.

Registered webmasters: 986
Registered websites: 1030
Traffic: ~23K daily impressions

Income: Assume nothing, traffic prices in adult has taken a gigantic nosedive this year (again) for publishers so unless you know how to monetize it, it's hard to make money selling it unless you have insane volumes.

The concept is simple: User registers, adds website, puts on display ads, text or popunders and earns credits he can then spend on campaigns sending traffic where he wants to.

It works via bidding, so 20% of the credits goes to the owner of the site that can then buy 20% of the traffic (depending on what he bids) and send it where he (or she) wants.

We can zip the files and db to any buyer. We can't transfer hosting as this is on a server we already have, but it doesn't require much in terms of resources. Runs on php/mysql so any half decent host can handle this.

Let me add some additional info because the script is actually a $3K script if I remember right.

There is built payment provider integration ready for: Paypal, Paxum, Webmoney, Moneybookers, Alertpay and Payoneer

This means that you can change the whole business model into a paid one or relaunch the service as an actual traffic platform. It also comes with a built in affiliate module, news posts etc.

What makes you think cpms have nose-dived this year? I haven't seen much change in mine.

Good idea. I guess it's because I am not moving to mainstream to be an affiliate, but it's certainly an area to be examined.

As to your question: No not really, you would need to setup campaigns to get the traffic and so far I've just let it live.
