Hey, I'm looking at buying traffic ( no ad networks please ) Were looking to buy directly from the publisher

Please add in your proposal the ratio mobile to desktop and also the GEO's along with pricing.

Got any hard-links for sale? Feel free to chuck them into the proposal also. Although hard links aren't our primary focus, if the pricing and the links make sense then we'll happily look over them.

I think you'll find that almost all publishers use an adnetwork of some sort. So, the only real option for any significant amounts of traffic will be to buy from an adnetwork. I'd guess the key for you would be to create a white-list of sources that you'd like to buy from.
