Just to make things clear.
We agreed to make the deal by paxum escrow.
But after I send the escrow, he said that he want I release the escrow before transfering the site ( so basicly it was not an escrow just giving him hard cash before seeing anything )
After few hours of trying to make a deal satisfying both of us, we didn't find a way we agreed. So I canceled the deal, stop the transfert and reject the escrow.Comment

Just wondering why you would sell a pin site (user submitted, so I assume not that much work on daily base for you to operate) that makes approx $2200 each month (see few posts earlier), why sell such a little gem for less then 1 month revenue? Maybe something hit me hard that day and I just have higher priorities than this site. If nobody is interested or nobody is serious about it with a decent offer, I will, of course, keep it and keep on working on it.
