Profit last year : About $2000
Some famous faces promoting the site
Mostly google traffic
Based on a special version of wordpress using MS SQL Server (can be converted to normal MySQL wordpress by me before selling).
Space : 30 GB
Shared hosting is not recommended ;)

Before anyone can praise a site worth

1) all the income from that site on its own ccbill account etc ? no other sales from any other sites?
2) doesn't matter what you did for the year the last 3 months are the most important, you could of done loads of sales 10/12 months ago and trickled since
3) since it can't go on a share server it would need to go on its own server ?
4) where is traffic from ?
5) would you transfer the ccbill and nats accounts over to the new buyer ?

As a buyer I'd say it is worth $1400 low to $1650 tops...
As a seller I'd want to get $2000 out of it with a buyer who knows they can increase traffic within months and make back the investment before 8 to 9 months is up.

It really depends on many factors. We broker websites and the most important factors are profits and whether you are trending up or down.

If you made 2K last year it could be worth as little as 2K if your profits are dropping a lot or as much as 6K or more if you are trending up fast.
