The following are for sale,
The websites have 1000s of listings (lap dancing directory) and the sex party directory is the single largest database of swingers clubs online. But i do not have the time to manage them anymore, I have not touched them in around 12-18 months.
I did start to move them across to new wordpress directories but have not had the time, someone with some technical skills could do it in an afternoon.
When we advertised to our subscribers we had over 50 dominatrixes wish to do guest posts monthly and 100s of strippers wanting to do guest posts.
Whoever takes these over, the only thing you have to do is move them to a new wordpress or similar directory and email out asking for guest posts and you will have enough self generating content for years.
All of the instagram following are for that niche. So the accounts follow for example swingers clubs. The lap dancing directory account only follows strip clubs and lap dancers.
I haven't monetised these yet, when i did spend a couple of weeks on them we saw great growth, but really they just need a little care

Best ROI will come from charging for premium listings (we did this for awhile) and cross marketing services and affiliate offers to the listers (strip clubs / swingers clubs / escort companies)
