Cams Best Platform/Script/Devshop for a new Camsite (no whitelabel)

Hi all!

My first post after lurking for some time. I haven't come across a recent post re: the best platform, script or developers for a new live cam site in 2020.

I've come across:

Adent.io - xCams
2much.net - Miricam
Modelnet/Web-video

Has anyone here worked with any of these folks and have feedback about working with them? Do you have any other platforms, providers, or developers to recommend?

Any innovators in the space?

Yes, yes, I know only custom software "works"...

People haven't ever had success with open-source before...

I'll save folks time here: I understand that custom software is the most ideal solution, but I am looking to leverage time to market and use software that is pre-built well and customizable.

I don't need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to standard features so long as they are well built. Thats why I am here asking for feedback on these and also to add one more I forgot to ask about:

the "best" on gfy or other industry boards is who you know, not what is the best. there's a lot of circle jerks with software providers and their 3rd party vendors, which means they're only recommending each other back and forth.

if you don't have the tech knowledge to evaluate the options and decide what is best for you, then you need a tech on your team that can match your vision with the right package.

i did recommend Mark at 2much, although i haven't seen his products in a few years. i think Mark can help talk you thru his products and he's a native English speaker. most other cam software devs are not in the US. i've integrated some of Mark's stuff years ago, and it worked fine, but we build our own now.
