Really looking for anyone that has any pay-sites/programs that are on auto-pilot with mostly exclusive content, or are just tired of the grind and would like to find someone to pass their program onto while still making some money off of their hard work!

Not trying to be a dick, it's just there is a point of diminishing returns that all paysites programs hit when they are not being maintained. Sometimes people just get tired of the grind, I'm just trying to offer another solution

Paulmarkhamteens and the other two content stores were put on autopilot when we had our double whammy hit us. They ran for 5 years and earned money all that time. Try getting anything above a 6-month turnover deal.

It's nearly 10 years since I retired and still make a bit of money from content sales.

I'm just saying running it on autopilot will make them more money. There's very little work, recurring billing, existing traffic coming from old links etc.

No new fee's Just the normal yearly fee's for Visa/MC.

Webmasters in the US pay a yearly $500 Visa fee, and a $500 MC fee. CCbill takes it out of your check automatically unless you setup it up otherwise, so you might not notice it.
