I've been recently burned by this chap of the apparent name Alex (xseo). He claimed to have hardlinks available in he niche I was buying and then failed to place those links, to refund the money paid and respond to emails.

His profile is http://gfy.com/members/xseo/ and his website is Adult SEO.

A warning to others who don't wish to throw money away.

Oh yeah, he has been at it for a long time now. The reports on his behavior are many, strange that people do not take any sort of reference or do searches for previous deals.
