I got out of adult a few years ago but this forum was my last project before I got out and it ended up being my most successful one.

I literally barely touch it, it's hardly monetized as well as it could be, in fact I made a post in here a few months ago looking for someone to help with that

And yet...

Last year it earned $57k for my white label
My 30% cut from that was $17k profit for doing practically nothing last year

It's basically just like any ordinary active adult forum but I have a Camgirls section on the forum and in that section I basically refer people to my White label hosted by Streamate which pays out 30% lifetime, so that is how 95% of the money is made.

There is also a couple banners on the sidebars that i've never touched and hardly ever generates any signups (opportunity alert)

The forum includes an Images & Videos section where forum members can freely upload & view media.

Here are some stats:

- Runs on dedicated host

- Total posts 53164 (REAL posts, not spam bs)

- Total members 12318 (usually between 20-40 members online at any given time)

I am not sure if I can include the white label or not but if I'm including the white label it would drive up the price A LOT because it already has the active & paying members, all new signups from the forum are "extra" and that's why this is a great model with income that builds up each year.

I would also prefer to sell the forum & white label together. That makes it easier for me to come up with a valuation, but if that doesn't work out I would entertain offers for forum only or white label only.

Quick snapshot to show April 2016 earnings so far. Things continue to run smoothly. Forum continues to feed the white label with new paying members and I've spent no more than 2 hours working on the forum this month which is usually the case.



My commission is 30% of the Net shown above.

Quick update...

A lot of people asking about price.

Two websites that earn $17k+ per year together with insanely low maintenance.

Getting paid with weekly checks from Streamate.

Buyer would inherit ALL of the premium members that have been signed up to my white label over the past 3 years and the number of premium members only gets larger.

Would be foolish for me to listen to any offers less than it will earn in a year which is $17k+

So that would be the starting point here for it to make sense to me.

Last bump for this thread.

As mentioned previously, my minimum asking price to consider selling these two sites as a bundle is $17k.

I have an offer very close to that amount at present.

My goal is around $20k (i.e. the price at which I wouldn't have to think about it as much as I would at $17k)

It is not easy to part with reliable & passive income so it has to make sense to me.

I've generated an earnings report for the White Label which goes back to 4/1/13 which is when it started to earn and goes all the way through until the end of April 2016.

Hi there. Quick update to let everyone know the website was sold a few weeks ago to Adraco. He flew over here and we met in person. Could not ask for a better person to work with on a larger transaction!
