At fantasy price 19 000 Euro, I am not surprised this is still available. I would even call it "unsold". People do not really care what YOU paid or have invested into it, what matters is what type of future value people can see in it, in terms of earnings.

I shouldn't even reply to your post, if you talk about fantasy price it's obvious that you don't even know what a tube site is and how much it costs, 19k maybe for you are a lot of money but for a site like pornohd.com is nothing compared to the work there is behind it!

also you should say about mechbunny, the new owner will not get any support what so ever, or updates on the scripts since they dont allow reselling the licenses.

i have asked him this since i was going the route of selling a site, the person buying the site wont get updates, or support, or allow for any other domains be licensed, unlike if you buy, you get unlimited.

buyers should know this up front, if they think they can use mechbunny on more domains, which isnt possible.

konrad told me this himself.

and whats the problem ? a mechbunny license costs less than 1k that in my opinion is nothing for this top level tube script!
If i am interested in a site this is not for sure an obstacle...

So if I were you, be careful because any of them or anybody with full length videos on there has a case and can just sue your ass and get the domain for "free" if they wanted and it's a nice domain.

get real on the price and then people will be interested. No one will buy something where they cant see any return on investment. Yes the domain is nice and Yes the design is nice but if you cant make it work (why else would you sell a site with hardly any income and traffic) why would someone burn themselves on it.
