I'm considering selling my network of adult search sites: eveknows.com, justpicsplease.com, justclipsplease.com, and justtubesplease.com. Combined, these sites generate over 3,500,000 visits each month from over 2,500,000 unique visitors. Most traffic is from the US and western Europe, with a 50/50 split between desktop and mobile users.
The sale would include the domain names, the current site infrastructure (a custom PHP back-end, HTML5 + JavaScript front-end, and a custom Python-based web crawler), and the complete search database. Everything runs on a single Linux server; depending on the buyer's preference, I'm willing to transfer admin access to the server itself, or I could transfer the content to your own network. For reference, the current hardware (which is nowhere near capacity) is a 16-core machine, 48GB RAM, an SSD for the web and database content, and a 100MB/sec Internet connection.
Potential buyers should be comfortable working with Linux servers. These sites run on a standard nginx/MySQL/PHP stack with Python maintenance scripts. I can spend as little as an hour or two each month on maintenance at this point--the sites largely run themselves.
