I am looking for someone who can give me REAL targeted traffic from Germany.
My budget is 50$, but I don't want to fill that in, that means that I really would appreciate offers for less than 100$.

Please mention in your offer:
- How do you deliver the traffic / what is the exact source of the visitors?
- Which technique do you use to deliver the traffic?
- Where are the visitors from?
- Maybe more detailed information about the visitors like age range, etc.
- How many visitors will I get for which price?

It's CPMv, so ads have to be loaded and in the user's viewport to count an impression; it has all the advanced targeting features you need, and the sources are revealed to you after you start winning impressions with your bid, at which point you can enable/disable them based on performance. If you run an API, you can automate the process.
