Lol no,

Here's why:

When I signed up, I loaded it up with $200 via Paypal, ran a campaign for about $3.

Then they stopped the campaign and told me that I needed to verify my account to continue using it. This by wire transfer of $500 to verify that my bank details and my profile details were the same.

So they refunded my $200 Paypal minus the $3. I just used random details for my profile and since apparently at some point you can't change them, hence I just gave up on it.

It converted decently for CPA for that particular country. Hence why I'm interested in continuing my CPA experiment by buying an account.

Anybody selling?
