Business How do you guys manage publisher ads on lots of sites ?

i have around 25-30 sites and i am tired of every-time changing ad codes by editing php / html files.

i want something like , ad server which i install it on my 5/10/20 bucks vps and my other domain, and add that code in all my websites , then

1) i can manage which ads to show on specific site.
2) it should be fast.
3) i most of the times use ad-codes provided by ad buying/selling sites like exoclick/juicyads/adsense etc etc
- so it should be possible to use such and not just banners and links
4) i should be able to add popunder of one of my other sites.


what i am looking for.,
few months back someone created thread about it, ad server on DO VPS.

i can do something like this in php/mysql but i dont want to invest my time so looking for something off the shelf.

Last time I used SmartSpots it was unable to rotate different ads on a single ad spot. I had my license somewhere but don't use it anymore. Also it can't target ads based on Browser, GEO etc..

Revive also costs nothing but it's better to keep your adserver separate from your site's server and $5/month for a digitalocean droplet is not expensive and I have clients that push more than 2.5 million impressions a day using my setup...
