Buyer beware! 2bet aka bobby taylor of xratedseo.com will talk all nice and good before the sale, great communication then after the sale it goes downhill very very fast, really bad communication, absent, organization seems non existant/no continuity in what was discussed before, a lot of time wasted has not done anywork for me after nearly 2 months of paying him $450, doesn't reply on skype or email.

I asked for a refund via paypal dispute, puts "Download complete" in paypal and says let's let paypal decide when I clearly said I don't want to go forth with it. Of course shitty PayPal doesn't cover "intangible" goods so he's got my money and I've attempted to contact him over 1 or 2 weeks since, thinking he might have a health problem and he hasnt' responded. I see him online on skype and also logs out on weekend and comes back, message him, call and email and still no reply. I thought this guy is credible but from my experience nothing like it!

But I didn't have any intention of it sounding like gossiping about you or anything like that, I was simply pasting here that I contacted you and what info I sent you and that "let's see". I was hopeful actually. Hope it makes sense now.

As for proof, I'm going to hold off pasting it here until I make a final attempt with my CC, but it looks like they're going to be useless, but rest assured I will post the proof here so he does get banned.

Hope you get your chargeback with your CC. It might be a long process but hopefully they will successfully reverse the charge for you. When your CC sends you the "dispute chargeback form", make sure you print out all emails/icq conversations with your scammer. Even information that is small may make a difference with your chargeback. Paypal is the shit when it comes to anything resembling a chargeback. They prefer to side with the Scammer than to side with the person who got scammed. Same with Capital One. Hope that's not your CC company. Capital One is notoriously the worst company to try to do a chargeback. They are shady, plain and simple. They have been caught on more than one occasion where they will say you lost the chargeback but they also collect the chargeback money from the person who scammed you. So essentially they become the "scammer" because the scammer thinks Capital One sided with you when Capital One tells them that you won the chargeback but they also tell you that you lost the chargeback and Capital One keeps the chargeback money. When they got caught, Capital One claimed it was a clerical mistake. Yeah right!!
