I noticed a lot of people that want over 12x++ revenue, have sites that have taken a big hit and they lost 50% of their traffic due to an algorithm update and such and expect me to assume that I'm not going to get hit by a new algo update yet still want to charge 1 year or more revenue and exit that risk for themselves at the same time, doesn't work that way.

I'm still looking people, email me and we'll go from there.

well I have bought multiple $xx.xxx and $xxx.xxx sites for 6-8 months revenue and have grown them even bigger. I am one of the biggest site buyers in the industry so I think I know what things are worth

if you are paying more than 8x monthly for adult you are paying too much in most cases

You grew them after the purchase or they were growing each month prior to the sale, big difference. Also are we talking net or gross?
