Keep in mind the transfer to another owner is $49 each , the new licence is $195 each, if to buy with discount (10 items discount).
To upgrade all of them to 3.x is about $400 (if needed).
So TE administration will take from $49 to $89. Still much less than $195 for new bunch. Also need something to me, as $30.
