I?m not selling it based on earnings. As I?ve stated above, ?valuable domain? the 2 Year establishment & CMS is just a bonus. Why that price? Because I rather keep it for $1500, never know when it might come in handy. Just like GFY members did not believe on my other project I was selling for about $9K plus freebies and guess what, made a little effort, and made a return of about $8,200 not including hosting fees since July so it?s basically a sign for me to keep it, even though I?m not into adult biz anymore.
