Well, india mobile carrier market was one of top markets then, it was converting with 1:10 ratio, but that is now long gone, now even on that market if you get 1:5000 ratio with 0.50 CPA you are lucky. India traffic is no longer good not even for selling traffic to ad networks. So, you can consider my request pulled :D
