help me sell my website at the correct price

Hello

I own a whitelabel for chaturbate, its nudefreechat.com (i hope i dont break any rules by posting it here, its just for your better information. if its not allowed then please just blur the link and leave the message on the forum). After feeding it with a lot of traffic two years ago, now it produces $2000+ monthly, without any more new traffic sent to it in the last two years.

I intend to sell the website now (the domain plus the affiliate account). What will the correct price I should ask and what is the procedure you advise me to use to sell the domain through ?

Thank you

Buying a cam account is risky.. who knows if its just one whale who can just stop spending.. safe bet would be like 3 months income if the program can confirm everything is kosher

I can provide full stats from chaturbate for the previous 3 years. All sales are small but the paying members are countless. Stats show for each transaction :
time of each transaction
country of member for each transaction
date and time of the first sign-up date for each member for each transaction
amount of each transaction

Stats show that most members are 1-2 years old returning customers, but also new members provided by organic traffic (due to its returning members generating traffic, the domain provides a small organic traffic somehow).

The traffic on the website is of an average of 900clicks daily, and according to alexa there are 30 daily pageviews per visitor with a daily time on site of 26 minutes.

All these are great stats on my view.

Now, what do you think the correct price will be for the domain, and also for the domain + affiliate account ?

Thank you

I also know that a website value is usually 10 times its monthly generated revenue, but in this case given the special statistics i was hoping for more than that. I get $2000 monthly for the last 2 years without doing anything.

Also, this value is for the domain only, or does it include the transfer of the aff. account in the same price ?

5-10 times montly revenue is a standard in adult (for real websites), for WLs it's usually less.

Well if you are giving the domain away for 40-50k It will be up to you to prove its worth, reputation and minimal risk, including the affiliate account would be a definite plus seeing that what you are looking for is a boatload of money, but like it was said its a risk and you would need to prove its minimal, another thing you have to remember its not 1999 anymore. ps welcome to GFY and best of luck in your ventures

I've sold adult sites for 10-12 months income in 2013 & 2014. I'd never sell for less than that even though plenty of people claim you should. You'll get a lot of low ball offers, especially here. In the end, it's usually not worth it. Especially if the site is on autopilot. Ten months later you'll be wishing you had the income stream.
