SexySocial.com (Adult social networking site) for sale!

Whoa. A site making no revenue selling for $6,000? That's probably your first question and I'll get to that, but let me start from the beginning...

The Beginning
Early 2013 I had a great idea for a much needed update to a long-standing niche. Dating sites have been around since the internet's creation, but social networking is still practically in its infancy. Many people are connecting using social media more than ever before. But a lot of those social networking sites also restrict the content that can be posted ? specifically adult content. So I created SexySocial.com!

The site was developed between March-May of 2013 and officially launched May 15th. Everything took off quickly and was being built with a lot of marketing, outside social networking, press releases, poolside bikini contest (you'll have to PM me for that story) and word of mouth. I was dedicating around 15-20 hours a week getting the site's name out there and then...

My daughter was born June 3rd. Well, becoming a parent takes A LOT more time than running a website. Also, two weeks later I received a promotion at my full time job with increased responsibilities and time constraints. Unfortunately, I no longer had the spare time needed to run SexySocial. But your GAIN is my LOSS!

What Does SexySocial.com Do?
We're a premiere social networking/dating site for adults only, as demonstrated by our tagline: Where ADULTS Come to Socialize!

Who is the end-user of SexySocial.com?

Anyone looking for a better social networking experience without having to worry about SPAM and fake accounts. They're confident they are going to reach like-minded users that share their unique fantasies and views. Also included is the ability to link their Facebook and Twitter account so it shows in their SexySocial.com feed, making SexySocial.com a one stop social networking site!

How Can This Site Be Monetized?
It's true that I never really monetized the site, because I didn't believe the site was ready to be monetized. That's kind of strange to read but my thought was to build a huge client base and then monetize. That was probably my biggest mistake. Here were ways I was going to monetize:

? Ad revenue (JuicyAds and Plug Rush)
? Subscriptions (Monthly)
? Affiliate offers (Addition of cam site)
? Product reviews
? Dropshipping (Toys and novelties)
? eGifts (Between users)
? Auctions
? Contests
? ...... The list goes on and on!
As you can see there are so many ways to make money with this niche.
Don't want that much work? You could always just use the domain and run a white label dating site!

What Are You Going to Get?
? All source code
? mySQL Database
? Domain Name (Alexa ranking: 712,633!!!)
? Graphic design
? Copyright
? Twitter account (800+ REAL Followers! Eggs/Fakes have been deleted)
? Facebook account

What Technology Is SexySocial.com Using?
? VPS Linux Server (2.5 ghz, 1.5GB RAM, 40GB HD, 1GB Bandwidth, 2 Dedicated IP addresses)
? PHP Scripting language
? mySQL Database
? phpFox Social Networking Engine
? Mobile Device plugin

Why Am I Starting the Sale at $6,000?

What I'm taking into consideration is what I have paid so far for everything that you will be getting. Call me crazy, but right now I'm willing to just break even and pass the torch to someone I know can bring this site to the level that it deserves. Here's a breakdown of what I've paid so far:

? Domain name SexySocial.com (Paid $3,700 ? Just for the Domain!)
? 1 Year of VPS Hosting (Paid $360)
? phpFox Software (Paid $300)
? Additional addons (Paid $250)
? Logo Design (Paid $100)
? Misc Advertising and Bikini Contest (Paid $300 ? well worth it)

Check the stats out for yourself. FreeWebsiteReport.org values SexySocial.com at $3,380. WorthofWeb.com values our site at $9,936. Because these valuations vary, I?m willing to split the difference and part with the company for $6,000 to the right person whom I know will give SexySocial.com the attention it needs to make it a full-blown homerun.

It don't look like ban from google from my side.

But I don't know how you can call cheap 6000$ for a website with no traffic, no revenue, no users

Which search engines? I don't see that the site is banned. We have deindexed profile pages for privacy purposes.

No revenue is true because the site has not been monetized. Right now we have 362 users with around 2,000 page views a month (according to Google analytics — that number doesn't reflect people who block analytics).

This is with organic traffic ONLY. There was only minimal advertising in the beginning (banner ads and press release).

With the right monetization strategy and advertising campaign, this site can grow to be HUGE. The $5k (price has been reduced) included everything. But if you're just interested in the domain name alone then PM an offer.

I'm willing to hear all offers at this point. Even if you just want the domain name. I'd like to sell this by the end of the year for tax purposes.

I will open with $500 then. If I can just take over the server, don't have time to move things around right now.

I have two other domains I run on that server so you won't be able to "take it over." I can easily transfer the domain and send all the files to you directly or FTP them to your server.

Then I don't have any interest. Sorry but I'd have to set up a new server just for this project and that's not going to happen this year. Good luck with the sale.

If that's a dealbreaker, let me see what I can do. I'll talk to my host this week and see what I can work out with them.

My other domains are being migrated to another server. You can take over the server that has SexySocial on it once the process is complete. Are you ready to proceed?

Seeing the price drop from $5000, to $500, then you scramble to move your other domains just to get the sale done doesnt give me a whole lot of confidence. Not sure Id even offer that high to be honest. Im sorry.

I broke down what the site has cost me so far and was looking to break even considering the money spent on the development and everything so far. However, since we're coming close towards the end of the year I would rather take a loss on it to offset profit I've made on other niche sites throughout this year. That would save me money on taxes in this fiscal year instead of continuing trying to break even next year. Realistically it's more of a tax strategy at this point since I'm focusing on my other sites and this one has been on the back burner for a few months. I know this site can be monetized and provide income to the new owner ? unfortunately I just don't have the time right now.

@NARob - I'm sending you an email now. Thanx
