No this is not the case.
It is simply i had requests from members who have only a few posts (e.g upto 20) they may possibly want a free ride.

For any webmaster/affiliate with a minimal of 50 posts i am happy to continue to provide samples.

Regarding the aff/webmasters with the samples, i am sure they will post there comments once they have conducted there tests.
