Buy content from a broker

What should i look out for when dealing with a content providers? Once I make the purchase how am I sure the person selling the right to do so. Also what kind of paper work should I be getting when I purchase the content besides the 2257's Thanks a million

Buy from reputable brokers with a long history of selling content to be on the safe side. There are a good few on these boards who you can happily deal with. Scammers will get found out and outed quickly in most cases.

Ask on gfy about the vendor, just like you did above.

I am a producer, not a broker, but I sell my content to people who need content or custom projects.
I always send a sample of the video and ask for either a 25% deposit or for them to set up an escrow on paypal so I know they are real and actually have money.
After I deliver the content in full, they pay the rest or approve the escrow, so I get my money. If you go through Paypal, make sure they are verified and have had an account for some time. I know if I were to screw someone over, then a simple email to paypal that I am doing adult business would freeze my account and I would probably lose all the money in there, so I feel somewhat safe dealing in that.
Like the previous poster said, frauds usually get ousted on here pretty quickly and I have worked with a few distributors and content buyers on here so over time your reputation gets known... slowly but surely.

As far as what you should receive from a content producer, I always send a copy of all ID's, a video testimonial of each actor, a 2257 for for each and a producer agreement giving you the rights depending on what the agreement is (non-exclusive vs. exclusive, resell, etc....) That pretty much completely protects you.
