Can't determine sales since I own many sites but would guess very few if any, as you can see both sites aren't fully developed you can have the wp files if you want, mechbunny you'd need a license to update it.
Can provide ftp access and copy of the databases but won't provide any ongoing support, better if you just buy the domains and build your own sites.
Decent domains, aged and with PR, make an offer I'm motivated to sell these, together or individual.
