Arent those sites hosted with Pimproll? If so you're technically only selling the domains. Selling a site would mean being able to transfer the files and something self hosted.

Also you definitely are dreaming man, or smoking some POWERFUL crack to think someone will pay $5k for this site for example Hyna.com.. that gets 500 uniques per Month.

I can register a domain today, go to Pimproll and create the exact same site for $0.00.. yes you're using their free templates lol, then get 500 uniques a day within a week with very little efforts. So really dude? I will buy all of your sites for $10 and that's a great offer.
