The submission report is laid out nicely and includes the usernames and passwords for each site, so if you had a mind to, you could add more content to some of the sites. IE:Tumblr

I was also happy to see that there were some high PR pages included in the submissions.

Goggle has indexed a lot of the links and I am getting some good traffic from them and most of the traffic has a low bounce rate.
