K-cam.net is a custom made script that has about 10.000 pages, about 51,700 google indexed pages (because of the dynamic nature of the categories), and 2000 unique visitors / day.
It has made about $200 from sales in the last 4 month. No advertising was made during this time.
The engine is able to index / gather / submit about 1000 new pages each day, still it depends on the hoster (now is on a baby croc hostgator).
