I've done that a few times myself. They come back or pick up after 20 minute wait and the logs are beginning to roll.

If i'm on hold and have to piss, i just piss sitting down... that way it's not really a problem. I also like to piss sitting down the first piss of the day right when I wake up because I can't be fucked to aim. Other then that I piss standing up - I'm all man! I swear!
