How is it so far?

Well I played a total of 3 games of each 15 mins. That's what I had time for so far hah, but it was a lot of fun. Fast paced and short games. Good for at casual gamer like me

It's a good setting and the map is pretty cool, though I've only seen the one. But it's a beta, so it's not super polished.

I think this will cater more to the counter strike crowd than the regular fans of the battlefield franchise.

I've got a handful of games in. It's fun, but after having spent a few months playing Titanfall...it's just slow moving in comparison.

Tried out the Destiny Alpha yesterday, it was pretty cool. I'm fairly new to multiplayer FPS games so I'm sort of terrible.

I remember years ago seeing a cool CoD Cops and Robbers pitch for a game. I thought damn this is exactly what the series needs, a new twist.

Now Battlefield is running with it. Hot damn, this is going to be good. Lets us know how the Beta turns out. Jealous much here.

Hardline is a breath of fresh air from an avid BF3 lover. BF4 has been nothing but a let down. A couple added things and yay levolutions...but overall the franchise took 4 steps backwards with episode 4.

Its not about what pc. its about the flawed net code. The months of crashing for nearly everyone. The vehicles driving like shit.

BF3 was great and had only a couple tolerable flaws. BF4 is riddled with shitty problems that are intolerable. Im definitely not the only one to share these thoughts.

Oddly on the "same" engine... Hardline runs just fine so far... though I have much less experience in it so far.

Hardline runs so much smoother than BF4, it looks better too.
Seems like whatever foundation they used to start Hardline with is some how more easily modifiable and optimizable than whatever BF4 is stuck with now??

I don't play the single player games myself, but instead only play the multiplayer. I just can't get into Battlefield. I get the latest game then... Back to Call Of Duty.

Did Destiny feel like Halo or something totally new and different?

I've actually never played a Halo game... but from what I've seen of Halo it seemed similar.

The first part I played I think I was supposed to have a squad with me but I was alone. Got my ass kicked by some Wizard for like half an hour before I finally wore him down.

Then I tried the multiplayer 6v6 which seemed kinda normal for a FPS multiplayer game. Run around a map and capture areas...

Cool graphics though.

Destiny IS Halo with different costumes and a LOT of customizing. You couldn't customize anything in Halo...now you can even pick a new hair cut. I didn't bother with Titanfall. It looked terrible from the get go - 6v6? Really? You're trying to pull me from a totally cool 32v32 with a 6 person team? No thanks.

I didn't hear a damn thing about Titanfall after about a week of it being out. How much did IGN get paid on that promo party!?
