I've got 3 paysites that I need my payment forms setup. There are also 2 more sites immediately following for a total of 5 sites. I want a custom look that matches the sites and collects username, password, email and subscription type from the first page before sending them to the payment form. I would like to hire someone for before then end of the weekend so that we can get started on Monday and be done with the first 3 sites by next Friday.
