In this case you get a live cam site, but you handle the billing part yourself. It can be a standalone site, or a nice addition to a network of your sites.

Server requirements:
Because live cam streams are handled by the 3rd party you don't need anything beyond a small dedicated server to operate this site.
However our solution is built around NATS to help automate set up and handling of data exchange between the billers and your database.
So anything that falls into the parameters of running a NATS would do nicely.

Bandwidth requirements:
Again, because live cam streams are handled by the 3rd party you don't need a large bandwidth. Although it would help if your server would be responsive to requrests, so get a 1Gbps uplink for sure.

Models handling:
All of the model casting and contracts are handled by the 3rd party, so you don't need to worry about that. You simply pay a monthly bill for the used minutes.

Biller requirements:
There are none. Select the biller you like, or use a gateway and choose the right price.

Our solution helps automate the live cam streams handling and billing. There are no monthly fees for our software, however there are some monthly fees associated with the use of NATS and 3rd party biller. All within the reasonable boundaries. We provide free support.

Whitelabels pay you a fraction of the revenue. But here you get to earn more.
For example, most whitelabels will pay 20-30%. Here, you spend 95 cents per minute, but sell it for $3.95/m.

Models are provided by one large cam provider. They take care of everything. You only display the models on your site and earn money. I can recommend a couple of solutions for billing and antifraud control.
