I would like to sell review site

The main idea of this review site is reviewing celebrity content for each celebrity so the site can gain traffic for "celebrity keywords".
There are 60 celebrity reviews and 3 pay site reviews at the moment.
There is tgp on board (800 unique visitors per day)

I don't have time to work with this site so it is not getting traffic. I didn't do any SEO stuff.

All traffic excluding TGP traffic


Low traffic = low income. I've got $300 for last year.

The site has powerful review CMS.

I want to sell it below cost (I spent around $1500)
