Yes you can manually add videos from other sponsors directly in the admin of your post. There is a field "add embed code" with novavideo theme.

There is also a field called "URL of the video in MP4 or FLV :" where you just have to put the url of the hosted video. A video player is automatically generated (with Novavideo theme)

4 banners locations are provided in the theme: header, video content, sidebar and footer.

There is also a location for each video in the admin of your post. The banner appears under the video player.

You can also add as many ads as you want by using the text widget in the various widgets areas we created which are :

- Sidebar
- Video sidebar (when we are on a video page)
- Homepage
- Video content (when we are on a video page, under the content)

You can see on this demo site: http://www.themabiz.com/wpadultpack-demo/ that we have added an banner on the home page between videos blocks widgets. You can put wherever you want, for example in the sidebar or under the related videos in a video page, etc.
