Selling my Tube site. Established 1 year ago, with exclusive design.
Domain is .com zone with me from 2007
It has 1,5k SE daily (80% USA), 200 registered users and 40 active posters. + 20~30 new videos daily. Contains 4100+ hosted videos (50% manually submitted with exclusive description).
Dedicated Server Config is: Xeon X3430 @2.40; 8192MB DDR3 1067 MHz; 2x2TB SATA HD.
Based on its own IP for 130$ p/m.
Managed under Smart Tube Pro. I bought handmade links on more than 300 blogs for the tube (list attached).
It was built from 0. I have no time to manage and monetize it, to write descriptions and to add new videos. It can go very high after the right management and SEO work. No popunders or other stuff implemented yet. No blacklist or anything like that. No hardlinks sold.
