Domain doesn't really matter to me, as Im looking to buy for the revenue, the money its already making per month, not the money it "could" make.

If you have a proven stream of revenue, not 2-3k a month, in the 8k range, which would take your $95,000 offer and make it valid.

Okay here are my questions for you:

If you are making a steady 4k a month how long has that been happening? How long has the site been up? How do you make your money?

Do you have to work or put any effort in to making that money? What is your profit after costs?

I saw that you posted a $1000 check but that doesn't really cover the $4000 that the site is supposedly making.

The domain alone is definitely not worth $20,000 and the fact that you used estibot as your "proof" shows that you are not sure what the domain is really worth.

If you are serious about selling your site you need to show something that would interest a real buyer. Post real stats, real earnings and factual information about it. The domain itself might be worth $100 if you find the right buyer. Twitter accounts can have some worth depending on who the followers are. Again you need to show some kind of proof that this site, twitter and anything else associated with the sites income including the source of traffic and revenue streams.

Obviously you either have no real desire to sell the site or you are full of shit and it makes nothing. Either way good luck but don't kid yourself any more than you already are.
