Yes its ok, I put my twitter accounts on auto using RSS feeds from suppliers, dont earn a fortune but its like money for very little effort. I use twitterfeed.

In my experience twitter has been huge with connecting with both industry people and fans. FB better than twitter for adult marketing? Hmmmm idk about that, but either way I use both.
