Just a heads up everyone, the GFY domain offer scammer is still at it. I just received this message from the supposed seller of orgy.net:

>>
>> and hit me back with your godaddy account details for quick push.

>> thanks.

So he supposedly accepts my offer, I send the money by PayPal personal payment to his scam Yahoo address so it can't be disputed, and he rides off into the sunset with my money. When I don't get the domain and ask the real seller what the holdup is, he will of course not have a clue what I'm talking about. This scam is getting old...

Damn, that fucking sucks.
The email address in the message you posted from the scammer appears to match the WHOIS contact info for Orgy.net. Is that the correct email you got from the scammer pornsitenewbie? I guess the scammer is able to cloak/mask his email.

bump to let people know about this scam.Comment

Yea first rule is when buying any domain make sure the email address in the domain is the one the seller is using to email you with.
If they are not using it then always send an email to the email adress in the whois to confirm its really them who has access to that email and tell the seller to use that email address to contact you with.
If they give you some cock and bull story why they cant........RUN!
If they are the admin then their email and contact info should be in the whois.
And if all else fails, then there is always Escrow.

Anyone can show any from address they want when sending an email. In his case he showed the real seller's address, but the reply-to address when I clicked reply was his scam address. Then I sent a verification email to the real seller using the email address in the whois record for orgy.net. That's when the real seller responded that the message I got was a scam, like I suspected.Damn, that fucking sucks.
