Check the stats out above. I've never had it developed and this is the traffic it brings in. Just imagine if you made a few hundred pages with solid content and upsell to pay sites.

0.47*10/day = $4.7

Advertising value of $4.7 a day.

$4.7*365 = $1715

This is why I am asking for at least $1000 or more for this domain name. It's a solid passive income plan.
