Depending on the site and its type of nature I will be willing to pay 4-10 times monthly revenue.

Ahh people have been telling me adult sites go for 3x revenue... so I guess its all perceptional. Also at the revenue / prices I'm talking about isnt going to change anyones life. $10,000 for a site that makes $1,000 / month isnt going to make either party rich.

BTW I only use escrow services for transactions.. so both parties are protected and happy. I pay all escrow fees... why not spend an extra $100 instead of loosing $4000-10000 on a scammer.

Congrats about your 6 figure sale? lmfao.. in my perception sketchy is when you say something is worth 25k and dont have any proof, let alone a display of what is for sale on the thread. Maybe you have never been scammed but once you have you grow up pretty damn quick... and if thats not a case just get a life. You have anything for sale? If not then what are you doing here? Anyway on a less playful note I am still looking if there is anyone serious on this forum. Really starting to think I should just privately contact websites as this has just been a waste of time (so far hopefully lol).
