Yes exactly same theme like a demo site, about affiliate links you can set link in admin panel > theme options...

This is because google have big problems last few month with email services, is not a first time that i have problems with gmail, sometimes i cant receive mails but sometimes i cant send mail, anyway im try again send mail to [email protected] , pls check your inbox/spam folder
