      Honestly, it probably would make sense on the kidnapping charge.

      That law was not used in the way it was meant to be used.

              Doesn't really make a difference to me.

              As a discussion of law though, it makes sense on a misuse of statute claim.
              The charge didn't fit the crime.

                  He should be freed, but not by Obama. That would look ridiculous.

                  An example of a more appropriate presidential pardon would be for Obama to free Bradley Manning.

                          For some people it's going to look ridiculous no matter who gave OJ a pardon.

                          Making sure people get charged fairly should be more important than "looks".

                          The kidnapping charge on OJ was "legal lynch mobbing" as the state of Nevada got
                          revenge for the state of California for an unrelated case.
