Traffic will not be huge as new sites but quality should be very high as I reinvest the majority of profits back into all my projects and focus on geo "clicked" traffic so month after month traffic quantity should increase but my #1 concern is always quality. Sidebar can have 30 links, 20 will be used to interlink the network, 5 will be reserved for personal use so only selling (5) sidebar spots. I may do (5) footer spots in the future but sidebar spots would obviously perform better. If you're looking for a gazillion hits this is not the deal for you. Adding Footer HardLinks as well so you have 2 options, Sidebar links will perform better as bigger and top right hand side but throwing footer links as options are good.

Would prefer not to sell individual links as it would turn into 300 transactions valued at $4.32-$8.64/year and unfortunately I run too much shit to manage 300 individual transactions. Would prefer 15 transactions valued at $86.70-$173.40/year and run across the network of 20. Since I have to manually rebuild all 20 sites to adjust the hardlink spots would prefer to have all (5) sidebar hardlinks bought before I begin adjusting them, footer links piece of cake as none exist yet. In order to encourage getting the (5) sidebar hardlink spots sold quickly before I begin editing as I have 1 confirmed buyer gonna knock the price down. This will be the final reduction.
