For comparative analyis:
When you search for the term "big boobs" on google, the 2nd site on the first page is BigBoobs.hu (which is a hungary domain extension)
It's Alexa Traffic Rank: 58,843 Traffic Rank in US: 45,512

With very little effort, BigBoobs.bz could rank up much easier especially with google treating it as a gLTD.
