I mean its understandable when you move your apartment (inconvenience for you), when you move your office (inconvenience for you), but when you help move your buddy or partner there is no such inconvenience. Except that you lend a hand to him moving.

Here we always just hire a moving company. It costs like 250PLN to rent a big van for a day or 300 to rent moving company for 2-3 hours to move the shit for us.

yeah, we have people to carry the most stuff like boxes and furniture etc.

but i rather carry the computers myself for example and putting everything into boxes i also rather do myself.

it's also a great opportunity to get rid of things that have piled up over the years

thing that's special about my place is 3 miles from town and no neighbors... pretty nice, quiet mostly... don't really need that big of a house but I have used every SQ FT except the attic to shoot... even shot on the tennis court. took me almost 2 years to furnish the place though

good question - 2 main reasons:

we dont have enough cash to buy outright and the biz is too volatile to commit to years of mortgage payments. besides that: find a bank that gives a porn company the money to buy a porn location.

second: after 2-3 years you're sick of taking pics in the same place over and over again and a new location gives you new ideas and fresh motivation.

I hate moving too. I got a place in PA about a month ago and still spend all my time in my NYC apartment because I'm too lazy to move everything again. This is my 15th time moving in 9 years, and I'm hoping its my last time. Just gotta get there some day. Hopefully next weekend.
