@NaughtyRob: Sorry for the confusion. The project is "undeveloped" in the sense that it has never been launched. There's only a splash page, the two domains ("Kathoey.tv," "Katoey.tv"), and the corresponding Twitter handles. There is no Kathoey content included in the sale price.

Looks like there is very little demand for an exact keyword domain in a very lucrative niche.
