Upload comtent to my new site get a backlink on my aged site

I have a tube site that is about 2 mos old but gets about 90,000 direct hits a day. Im also worknig on another site and im offering a backlink on the top bar (my list of networks) to anyone that wants to upload content to my new site. I prefer embed codes rather then direct uploads to save on bandwith but will except uploads. no kiddy porn of any kind.
