The distance database (world wide latitudes and longitudes) are licensed to me and my servers and non transferable. AS long as it stay with me and on my servers it's usable.

The Sale is Actually for the domain name ONLY but the description for the sale says it "CAN" include the software, 1 year hosting and member database. You may do what you want with the domain name "BUT" if you select the software and database that must stay on our server unless the royalties for the distance database is taken care of. The actual database cost may now be higher since it was purchase years ago.

Did some checking... I paid about $1000.00 originally for the database but rather than going up in price it went down. It's about $200.00 for the database. I will update the ebay listing.
