Page gets very little traffic so this would be for solely SEO purposes

Site has many high traffic pages in which the sidebars are removed, so this won't result in a ton of traffic, but still certainly over the course of the year to justify the cost.

I'll also throw in a blog post for anyone who buys a link from either option two or option three. You'd have to supply at least a rough outline, though.
