In all seriousness when I was a child our milk in Melbourne was delivered by a milkman from the local dairy who used a horse and milk cart. I used to like to wake up at 5am to catch a glimpse of the milk bottle laden horse and cart.

None of these things happen now, horses and carts aren't used for delivery and milk isn't delivered nor does it come in glass bottles anymore.

I'm 45 by the way, so it really wasn't all that long ago.

My great-grandpa actually did...and he said he got to live from horse-and-buggy to man-on-the-moon.
