That may be true.. but it's a bit unorthodox for the buyer to do the sellers work.. or for the seller to ignore the potential buyers questions.

When you go to buy a car and ask the sales person how many miles per gallon the car gets, the salesperson usually does not totally ignore you and then walk away expecting you to go home and 'Bing' it...

And these questions were general questions.. no one is asking for the url..
